Our prefabricated cabin substation is connected with HUAQUAN Cloud-based Intelligent Service Platform. After downloading the application developed by HUAQUAN, users can monitor all the parameters of their substations either on their phones or PCs. The system also provides real-time data analysis. It forecasts the future’s operating conditions of the substation based on the analysis of data such as frequency, amount of electricity consumed, the absence or the presence of a power output, etc.. Whenever a risk is anticipated, the system will issue an alarm. Hence, no manpower is needed to supervise the operation of the substation which is much more cost efficient.
The substation can also be equipped with surveillance cameras and infrared sensing devices if needed. Industrial-level air conditioners are often added into the substations as requested when their destined places are rather hot (areas like Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, etc.). It is worth mentioning that the running of the air conditioners can also be monitored and controlled remotely through our APP. It is also optional to add fire protection equipment which has functions like smoke and temperature detection, alarming, and automatic fire extinguishing. With the help of HUAQUAN Cloud Platform, the system will cut off all electric switches and send out an alarm once fire is detected, and resolve the danger by itself. Other optional functions such as temperature control, wind and sand protection, lighting, etc. can all help the substation be more resilient and adaptable to any harsh and complicated environments.
