1、 What are the reasons for the slow and weak start-up of communication generator sets? How should we handle it?
Possible reasons:
Insufficient/damaged battery power; Corrosion/looseness of battery terminals; Starting motor/relay malfunction
Handling method:
Step 1: Check if there is any display on the control panel. If there is no display, check the main power supply and fuse.
Step 2: Check the battery voltage (no load should be higher than 12V, 24V system should be higher than 24V). If the voltage is too low, charge or replace it.
Step 3: Tighten the battery terminals and remove oxides.
Step 4: Check if the emergency stop button has been reset.
Step 5: If the above is correct, professional personnel need to check the starting relay and starting motor.
2、What are the reasons for immediately shutting down a communication generator set after starting? How should we handle it?

Oil circuit blockage: dirty and clogged fuel filter, unopened oil circuit valve, bent inlet pipe.
There is air in the oil circuit: it has not been emptied after replacing the filter, or there are leakage points in the pipeline.
Handling method:
Step 1: Confirm the fuel tank level!
Step 2: Check if all fuel valves are in the open position.
Step 3: Manually pump the oil, check if the fuel is smooth, and empty the air in the oil circuit (loosen the air release screw of the filter or high-pressure pump, pump the oil until diesel without bubbles flows out).
