Mains power restoration: After ATS detects the stable restoration of mains power, it switches the load back to mains power.

Control circuit failure: blown fuse, relay malfunction, loose wiring.

Handling method:

Immediately check: Measure the battery voltage, clean and tighten the wiring terminals.

Emergency handling: Use a backup external charger to charge the battery or start in parallel.

Professional maintenance: replace faulty batteries, starter motors, or repair control circuits.

2、What are the reasons for voltage fluctuations after the start-up of data center generator sets?

Possible reasons:

Excitation system failure: AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) instability or malfunction.

Winding problem: There is a local short circuit or grounding fault in the excitation winding or main winding of the generator.

Loose connection: Loose connection at the output busbar or cable connection, resulting in poor contact.

Handling method:

Check connections: Tighten all electrical connection points.

Check AVR: Observe the working status of AVR and replace it if necessary.

Insulation test: Professional personnel conduct insulation resistance tests on generators to identify winding faults.

3、What are the reasons for the sudden stop of data center generator sets during operation?

Shutdown due to high water temperature:

Cooling system issues: insufficient coolant, clogged radiator, broken or loose fan belt, water pump malfunction.

Overloaded: Long term overload operation.

Handling method:

Immediately check: After stopping the engine, check the coolant level and fan belt tension after the engine has cooled down.
