HUAQUAN Power Deploys Natural Gas Cogeneration Generator Sets to the Largest Battery Supplier in Kazakhstan
Technicians of HUAQUAN Power have just finished the commissioning of 6 natural gas generator sets deployed at the plant of the largest battery supplier in Kazakhstan. These units have been equipped with HUAQUAN Power’s advanced combined-heat-and-power technology, enabling the recycling of the generated heat as a power source.
The utility power supply in Kazakhstan is unstable and costly while the natural gas is extremely rich there. Hence, Kazakhstan manufacturers have been looking for ways to effectively convert natural gas to electricity. HUAQUAN Power comes to help under this context. Its natural gas generator sets meet local energy needs with customized solutions.
The deployed units, with output power of 200 kilowatts, are designed to adapt to Kazakhstan's climatic conditions—capable of operating stably in temperatures as low as -35°C while maintaining high efficiency. Equipped with intelligent control systems, they integrate power generation and heat recovery, achieving an overall energy utilization rate of over 90%. This is particularly critical for industrial zones in Kazakhstan, where both electricity and thermal energy are in high demand.
Kazakhstan has been actively promoting clean energy utilization and energy structure optimization in recent years. The introduction of HUAQUAN's cogeneration technology aligns with the country's goals of reducing carbon emissions and improving energy self-sufficiency. This deployment builds on HUAQUAN Power's growing presence in Central Asia. The company's focus on localized service—including on-site maintenance training and spare parts supply—has strengthened its reputation in the region.
